banana-haters have feelings too

i don't usually like to use my blogspot to vent... but today i will make an exception.

just because i don't live in the center of the world does not give anyone the right to ignore me (or my roommates, for that matter...). i am very annoyed at the fact that i was sitting right there and knew all about it, and even offered our apartment to host it, and then today i get no phone calls or any information about what was going on. AND I LIVE DOWN THE FREAKIN STREET! sheesh.

okay, i'm done. i suppose that in a few moments i will realize that i could have very well walked down the street myself, but why do i have to be so out of the loop ALL THE TIME? why do i feel like i have to be invited? it's messed up. maybe it was better when i was over in my castle ... because at least there's the excuse of being across campus.

in other news...

happy singles awareness day! (honestly, i don't really care whether or not i'm single. i guess that's why i am!)
