funny ways we talk
ever notice how people always say "a whole nother"?
for example: "that is just a whole nother issue." meaning "that is a completely separate issue."
nother is not a word. so why does everyone say it? do people realize that it is grammatically wrong?
another funny thing is the way we pronounce "comfortable." instead of "com - for - ta - ble" we say "comf - tur - ble."
before you make fun of the way other people (perhaps who speak another language or are a different race than you) speak or pronounce words, think about the way you yourself speak. you may be surprised.
it'd be fun to write a song called "a whole nother comfturble" heehee... well, if i could write songs that is...
